Discover this easy and full-flavoured risotto thanks to the Carnaroli variety considered the pearl of risotto rice.

Long white rice (Carnaroli variety)*, dehydrated broth* (yeast extract*, onion*, carrot*, celery*, sunflower oil*, salt), dehydrated onion*, dehydrated mushrooms*, (1.9%).

Conseils d'utilisation

Boil 1L in a saucepan. In another, brown the risotto for a few minutes with a drizzle of olive oil before adding a little hot water. Then cook over a low heat, stirring occasionally and adding the rest of the water as you go along until all the liquid is absorbed. Once finished add butter or parmesan cheese according to your preference. This risotto with Carnaroli rice will be ideal as an accompaniment to vegetables, fish or meat in sauce. Store in a cool, dry and dark place.
